All of our Response Teams are trained to respond quickly and efficiently to emergencies and high priority incidents. SIA licensed and trained to a high standard, our teams are trained to follow a proven process and procedure to ensure the correct response and that the incident is dealt with in a timely, effective and professional manner.

Anti–Merchandise and Ticket Tout Teams

The cost to promoters and organisers is huge and this is why we have trained specialist teams who work with event organisers in preventing the illegal sale of counterfeit merchandise. Our teams are trained to recognise illegal merchandise activity, and are familiar with the current legislation and guidelines to deal with this criminal activity.
